PRIZE DRAW RULES

This competition is open to anyone age 18 years or older who is resident in the UK, but not employees of Composite Video Ltd, their families, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Entry to the draw is free. Participants must register via the appropriate link on line at www.compositevideo.co.uk. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Entries that are incomplete or defaced will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. No correspondence will be entered into.

The closing date for entries is 17^st August, 2007 and the draw will be made not later than Friday, 31^st August, 2007.

The winner will be chosen randomly from the registered participants and notified via email. The draw will be made by an independent person. The name and county of the winner will be made available on the Composite Video website after the prize draw.

The prize must be chosen from one of the following alternatives :

a) 6 Bottles of Champagne

b) 4” LSM413 Video monitor — Composite part code 3258983

c) *Voucher for £100 to be spent against future purchases from the Composite website.

No cash alternative will be offered. All prizes will be supplied by Composite Video Limited.

The prize will be delivered free of charge to a UK address* to be specified by the winner. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prize.

The winner may be asked to participate in further promotion activity for Composite Video.
