Delivery

UK Mainland delivery is the ONLY delivery option we offer at present for orders placed via the website. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please contact us to arrange Saturday or timed deliveries.

Orders received before 14.30 will be despatched that day, subject to stock availability.

When ordering, please supply a delivery address and contact number, which can be passed to the courier if necessary. A signature will be required as proof of receipt of the goods.

Refund policy

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order after payment, we will contact you to arrange a solution or full refund. If there is an error in the fulfilment of your order, please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary.
